Robust Comcast wireless internet and Official USPS suite mailbox included! Easy lease allows you to focus on your business or hobby with a fixed monthly rate. Certain use restrictions apply. Call for details. Reserve your unit subject to approval of your application and type of use. Ceiling height 10 feet 11 inches to concrete ceiling deck for 90% of this suite. This suite is the front retail oriented space with its own separate storefront door closest to Dollar General. This suite will have plumbing drains ready for its own in-suite bathroom and sink/drain area. Rate adjustment may apply. Space is slightly smaller than dimensions due to common bathroom off hallway takes a corner of space. Call us today to discuss your needs!
