Rent A Postal Box
(Without A Workspace)

We offer the option of renting an official USPS suite mailbox that provides the physical address necessary for Google My Business and internet validity. This is not a PO box; you will have a physical address with a suite number.

1. Complete our rental application - $50 fee required. We run a credit and criminal background check on everyone.

2. Upon completion, we will have a rental agreement to complete. A copy of your driver's license will be needed then.

3. The term will be one year and month-to-month thereafter with autopay via the tenant portal on our site.

4. The initial one-year term will be paid in its entirety at the lease signing. It costs $1,200 for all twelve months.

5. A key deposit applies. You will receive two keys at $25 apiece. One is for lobby entry, and one is for the mailbox.

Location

We are centrally located and in the US-131 Corridor. This means we’re convenient to Wyoming, Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Grandville, Jenison, East Grand Rapids, and Byron Center, MI.
